Terms & Conditions

1. Prices

Prices are inclusive of bed and breakfast only. Current room rates are from £85 per night for double en-suite rooms and from £120 per night for family suites.

All prices include a full cooked breakfast. Prices may vary according to season and availability, and the price confirmed at the time of booking will apply to your reservation.

2. Arrival & Departure

Rooms are available between 2:00pm and 7:00pm on the day of arrival unless agreed in advance. Please contact us before travelling if you expect to arrive outside these hours.

Rooms should be vacated by 10:30am on the day of departure.

3. Pets

Sorry, no pets are allowed at Pinewood House.

4. Smoking Policy

Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the building. Guests are welcome to smoke in the patio area at the front of the property.

Additional cleaning costs may be added to your bill if this policy is breached.

5. Deposits

Deposits are required at the time of booking for stays with a total value of more than £400. Deposits are non-refundable.

6. Cancellations

Cancellations must be notified in writing by letter or by email to info@pinewoodwhitby.co.uk.

If a cancellation is made within 7 days of arrival, or in the event of a no-show, the full cost of the booking will be charged.

We recommend taking out suitable travel insurance to cover unexpected cancellations.

7. Payment

Payments can be made by cash, debit card, or credit card.

8. Right to Refuse Admission

Pinewood House reserves the right to refuse admission or cancel bookings at any time.
