Pinewood House is close to the Pavilion and beach while still being just a short stroll from Whitby town centre and all its amenities. We offer a friendly, relaxed atmosphere with clean and tastefully furnished accommodation.
All rooms are en suite with flat-screen TVs, a fridge, free Wi-Fi, and tea and coffee making facilities. Every stay includes a full cooked breakfast prepared fresh each morning using quality ingredients from local suppliers.
To the front of the building we have a south-facing patio area with fantastic views of Whitby Abbey, giving you a lovely place to sit and relax in the sun.

How to find us
Pinewood House is situated on Abbey Terrace, Hudson Street, in the West Cliff area of Whitby.
From the A174, turn onto Crescent Avenue and follow it as far as the Church of St Hilda on your left. Hudson Street is the right turn directly opposite the church. Pinewood House is about halfway along Hudson Street on your right.
Parking Note
New parking restrictions apply around Whitby. Free on-street parking is available for all guests, but a voucher must be displayed. Please call at the premises immediately on arrival to collect your parking voucher.
Look out for the Pinewood House sign on Hudson Street, opposite St Hilda's Church.

Whitby station is on the Esk Valley Line from Middlesbrough, and the North Yorkshire Moors Railway runs from Pickering seasonally.
